What you can write to us about

- Suggestions: an appliance problem we haven’t covered, or a question a guide didn’t answer.
- Accessibility: any part of the site that is hard to use with your device or assistive technology.
- Privacy requests: questions about personal information you have sent us by email. Our Privacy Policy explains how these are handled.
What we can’t help with
ApplianceCareNow is an independent educational website, so we are not able to:
- repair an appliance, send a technician or diagnose your specific appliance one-to-one;
- sell or source parts, or recommend a particular repair business;
- handle warranty claims, recalls or support cases for any manufacturer.
For help with a specific appliance, contact the manufacturer through the support page on its official website. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 from outside.
